MASALA BHEN

this is recipe which is made with the desi tadka. when you want to eat something chatpata or masaledar than you should opt this recipe. it is easy to made and spicy in taste. INGREDIENTS * onion * tomato * bhen * green chili * red chili * salt  * haldi * dhaniya powder * oil * ginger * garlic STEPS TO FOLLOW * in cooker add oil, than add ginger and garlic to it, afterthan add onion to it and wait till it turns in brown color. * now add tomato and green chili to it. * its time to add salt,red chili,haldi and dhaniya powder to it. * mix it well and stir it till it gets reddish color. * now add washed bhen to it and mix it. * add little bit water no more water only half glass. * cover the cooker and wait till 4 whistles. * now masala bhen is ready to eat. * serve them hot with chapatti and enjoy your meal. POTATO LOLIPOPS

INGREDIENTS * potato * onion * sweet corn * cheese * green chili * salt * red chili * garam masala * corn flour * bread crums STEPS TO FOLLOW * boil potatoes and when it get cool down crush them well. * add onion, sweet corn, green chili. * now add salt, red chili, garam masala to it, * mix the mixture well and add crushed cheese to it. * now make small rolls from the mixture. * take corn flour in the bowl add some water. * now dip the roll in the mixture of cornflour and water. * after dipping roll in the bread crums . * now freeze it for 30 mins . * fry the rolls  * now serve the lolipops hot with tomato ketchup and green chili sauce. yummy and tasty potato lolipops are ready to eat. this is the best snack for birthday party of kids.

INGREDIENTS * bread * besan * potato * onion * green chili * capsicum * tomato ketchup * black pepper * salt * rai * lemon * oil * ginger * garam masala POTATO MIXTURE boil potatoes than peel the potatoes and crushed them. now add salt, red chilli, onion, garam masala to it. mash it well and set aside . BREAD ROLLS  now take bread pieces and cut all the sides of the bread , now with the help of rolling pin roll the bread so that it can be smooth enough. now add potato mixture to it and on one corner of the bread brush some water so that when we roll the bread it is completely sealed. use less mixture in the bread so that our rolls are easy to steam.  BESAN  MIXTURE take some besan , add salt, red chilli,, and water . now mix it well so that the mixture is smooth . now take the bread rolls and cover it in the besan mixture very well. CHEESE TOMATO

INGREDIENTS * tomato * green chili * garlic * ginger * cream * salt * red chili * tomato ketchup * butter * paneer RECIPE take some fresh tomatoes and green chilies , grind both properly . now take a pan , add some butter to it and than add ginger, garlic paste to it. after that add the mixture of tomatoes and chilies to it. cook till the water is observed. now add salt and red chili according to taste and cook for 5 min .after that add cream to it and cook for sometime now add paneer to it and mix it well. now add some water according to the requirement of gravy and cover it . let it cook for 10 min on medium flame. spicy and tasty cheese tomato is ready to eat .

GRILLED SANDWICH

INGREDIENTS * bread *onion *tomato *capsicum *salt *black pepper *chili flakes *malai *cheese *paneer *suji MIXTURE for preparing grilled sandwich take a bowl, add chopped onion, tomato, capsicum and panner to it. now add malai and suji in it and mix it well and keep aside for sometime.now add salt ,chili flakes, black pepper according to taste. now take 2 piece of bread ,spread the mixture on the bread and also spread cheese .now grilled the sandwich till the cheese melts and bread take a golden brown color. tasty and yummy grilled sandwich is ready to eat. you can also serve the sandwich with tomato soas, green chilli and also with some mayonnaise.
