KATHAL-E-KHAAS urf JACK FRUIT
It's raining ! Although I love raining but raining in middle of December........ not that good. But you know what makes it good ........JACK FRUIT. I know i know its a weird looking fruit , but do not go by its looks , it taste amazing and you people should try it .

INGREDIENTS
- Jack fruit
- Onion
- Tomato
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Green chilli
- Salt
- Red chilli
- Haldi
- Dhaniya powder
- Cumin seeds
- Oil
- Garam masala
HAVE A LOOK ON THE RECIPE
- Cut down the jack fruit in small pieces .
- Take small amount of oil in the pan and shallow fry it .
- Now take another pan and add oil and cumin seeds.
- Add green chili and ginger and garlic in it.
- After some time add onion and wait till it turns golden brown.
- Now add tomatoes to it.
- Fry the mixture for sometime in the oil .
- Add salt, haldi, dhaniya powder and red chili to it .
- Now add shallow fried Jack fruit in it .
- Also add some water .
- Cover it with a plate and wait for 15 min. on low flame.
- Than add garam masala to it and again cover it .
Jack fruit is ready to eat . Serve it hot with chapati and enjoy your day
Note:-
- You can also deep fry the jack fruit if you want .
- Add water according to your taste , if you want semi gravy than add less water but if you like gravy than add a good amount of water to it .
