COOKING RECIPE
Food is the essential part of our livelihood. better cooking of food is very important. INDIA have diversification of religion, people and food also.we need food when we are hungry and energy level of our body go down. if we grab the food we get energy and power to work. in our daily life it is necessary to take the food which have proper nutrients, proteins etc.
Now this is the time to learn about the easy recipes of food. so here is the recipe of our first dish
POHA
poha is the best food. it is healthy and also very beneficial. it takes only 10-15 mins in getting ready so the recipe is here. we need onion, capsicum, tomato, peanuts, oil, dry fruit . chop all the ingredients and than take a pan add some oil ,than onion after that add chopped capsicum and tomatoes. after 2 mins add salt,red chilli,and haldi now add some drops of lemon to it. after 2 mins add washed poha in the mixture and wait for 5 mins. now the tasty and healthy poha is ready to eat.
